We ship our furniture worldwide and we are able to quote on delivery for both domestic and international customers.
Two options are available: White glove service or Kerbside service.
White glove service: our shipping partner will deliver and install the piece in the room of your choice, with packaging removed. Kerbside service: our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it to the front of your building door without packaging removal. Please provide full delivery address and any access considerations at time of ordering for us to provide an accurate quote. Kerbside delivery can also be made to a storage facility or warehouse.
You may also choose to collect the item directly from our London workshop. In this instance we will wrap the furniture in soft protective packaging suitable for domestic van transit in and around London. We recommend that you then arrange for the furniture to be professionally packed and crated for international export.
Our large sofas can be a challenge for homes with restricted access, so it is an option to have them delivered in components for assembly by our shipping partners. Please ask us for more details.
When you ask us to arrange transport for you, we offer full value protection insurance at a small percentage surcharge. If you are organising your own transport we recommend you arrange this insurance protection yourself.
Note that the delivery time is not included in the production lead time. The delivery time will depend on the chosen transport method (van, sea or air) and the delivery address.
